The MC, Rick Jackson

Rick is the main character of our story. He’s 19 and a sophomore studying game development at Ocean City University. Around three years ago, a close friend was severely injured in a crash, followed shortly by the death of both of his parents in another accident. This has led him to isolate himself from most of the world over the past few years, including his seriously injured friend.

The story begins after Rick’s friend and roommate, Jamie, has moved out to live with her fiancé. Two new young women show up at his door in response to the roommate wanted ad Jamie put up for him and his life is changed forever.

You will take on the role of Rick and can rename him if you so choose. Throughout the story, you will have to make choices that will affect your relationships with the many women you will meet and the path you will take to one of the games endings.

Alice Rose

Alice is your new roommate and a game design major at Ocean City University. She is a 19 year old sophomore, and just transferred to OCU from a small community college. She is a very energetic and intelligent young woman, but also inexperienced and naive. Her mother died when she was 11, the loss was hard on her and it was compounded by the fact that her father sunk into a deep drunken depression and became a completely different person after the loss of his wife. This made the last eight years very hard for Alice, but she persevered and kept up her cheerful personality.

Mia Davis

Mia is also your new roommate. She is 19 and a sophomore music major at Ocean City University as well as the bass player in a band. Mia is creative, outgoing, and fearless. Her parents were very strict and kept her very sheltered during her childhood, but after she moved to Ocean City for college, she met her bandmates and they helped transform her into the strong independent woman she is today.

Jamie Stuart

Jamie is your childhood friend and former roommate. She is a 21 year old senior at Ocean City University majoring in education. Jamie is extremely friendly and trusting. You’ve known Jamie and her little sister your whole life as your families were very close and in many ways, she was like your big sister growing up.

Kathryn Stuart

Kathryn is Jamie’s 18 year old sister. If you considered Jamie your big sister, then Kathryn was like your little sister. The two of you were great friends and were growing even closer when tragedy struck three years ago. During her freshman year of high school, she was in an accident that cost her her left leg, changing all of your lives forever, even in ways no one could have expected.

Alexandra Valentine

Alexandra is a 27 year old FBI agent on a task force investigating the Syndicate. Both of her parents were FBI, but her father was killed in the line of duty while she was in college and her mom left the bureau soon after. She joined the FBI at 24 and as a rookie agent she worked with your parents until their deaths.

Elizabeth Greene

Elizabeth is a close family friend. She was born in England, but grew up in Austria. In high school, she came to Ocean City for a student exchange program and your mom’s parents were her host family. She returned to Ocean City for college, and has stayed in the U.S. ever since. Elizabeth is now 39 and the dean of Sheridan Community College.

Violet Chambers

Violet is a 21 year old MI6 agent and part of the anti-Syndicate task force. She was born in Ocean City, but her mother fled home to England with her and her half brother Marcus after her father killed Marcus’s mother for learning the truth about him.

Talia Nerida

Talia is a 19 year old sophomore at Ocean City University and Kat’s roommate. A misunderstanding shortly after moving in to their dorm room led to a falling out and increasing conflict between the two young women, but after Kat moves out, circumstances will bring Talia into your lives and allow the two to reconcile their differences and become good friends.

Siobhan Sweeney

Siobhan is an 18 year old freshman at Ocean City University. She grew up in Ocean City as well, attending the same schools as Jamie, Kat, and yourself. In high school, she joined the track team with Kat, and was on the bus during the accident. Physically, she made it out of the crash unscathed, but emotionally, the crash devastated her. Now, she’s doing better and happy to have both Kat and yourself back in her life.
